Established in 2003, Zhengzhou Hongda Non-Wovens Co., Ltd. is located in the high-tech development zone of Zhengzhou City-the transportation hub of China, in Henan Province. At present, our company has one spun-bond production line and one spun-lace line, which ranks first both on production speed and automatization degree in China. Now, we have grown into an important non-woven industrial complex around Yellow River. Our spun-bond production line adopts an advanced set of hot-rolling spun-bond equipment by combining KUSTERS company's hot-rolling machinery brought in from Germany and PARKINSON company's rolling machinery brought in from America. Using the technology of whole width drafting, lapping directly of long threads, giving fabrics by hot-rolling and double die heads, the spun-bond production line has a speed of more than 200m/min, can produce various specifications with 3.2 maximum width, 20-200gsm range of weight and 6000 tons annual yield. With 1800 ton annual yield, 2.2m maximum width and 30-100gsm weight sphere, the spun-lace production line adopts the workmanship of double carding web formation, being reinforced by the connection of round and flat lapping as well as the combination of drying cylinder and hot-air's double drying processes, it is equipped with sizing and printing equipments for deep-processing procedure. With self-support import-export authority, our products are well sold in America, Japan, and Korea. Continuously, we commit ourselves for a better quality products and customer services.
